What the Faux Pas came about through founder Maria's passion for everything quirky. From magical mermaids, rainbow-filled unicorns to the cutest in kawaii, her store aims to find others with a similar love of all things unusual.

Our Name

What the Faux Pas came about through the combination of two wonderful phrases: WTF; the common acronoymn for *ahem* expressing confusion, and 'Faux Pas; a French phrase meaning something that doesn't conform to etiquette.
